Birds may be dropped off the evening before your appointment between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

They will be kept in a secure area overnight, however, we cannot assume responsibility for any losses that occur before processing begins the next morning.

Birds may be dropped off the morning of your appointment between 6:30 am-7:30 am.

All birds must be checked in by 9 am.

If you encounter any unforeseen issues on your way to drop-off birds and you will be late, please call the office and leave a message.

Depending on how late you will be, we may not be able to process your birds.
